Personio expands to larger, sustainable office space in Berlin

Personio, Europe's leading HR software company for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), has moved to a new, sustainable office in Berlin. This move aligns with Personio's continued robust growth trajectory and follows recent further expansion with the opening of the company’s first US office in New York City.

The new office in Berlin Mitte now spans a total of 738 square meters and can accommodate up to 140 employees. Additionally, the office features an event location, multiple meeting rooms, and a spacious rooftop terrace. When choosing the new workplace, the focus was on functionality, inclusive open design and sustainability. The LEED certification of the new office building - confirming that it was constructed and designed in an environmentally friendly manner - re-emphasises Personio’s commitment to sustainability.

As of October 2023, Personio employs 88 professionals in Berlin. With the new office in the German capital, the company has created a forward-looking workspace fully tailored for hybrid work environments. The move is the latest in a line of advancements designed to continue to power strong growth at the company, including the hiring of a CMO and additional product launches to remain at the forefront of innovation.
