Personio appoints Philip Lacor as new CRO, bringing experience from Dropbox, Dell and Vodafone, as it enters its next phase of growth

Munich, 22nd October 2024: Personio, Europe’s leading HR software company for small and mid-sized organizations, welcomes Philip Lacor as its new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Responsible for driving Personio’s continued growth, Philip will lead the newly formed Revenue and Success organization and join the company's Executive team.

Philip will report to Hanno Renner (co-founder & CEO) and joins Jonas Rieke (co-founder & COO), Maria Angelidou-Smith (CPTO), Birgit Haderer (CFO), Naman Khan (CMO), and Lenke Taylor (CPO) on Personio’s Executive Team. Together, they are focused on leading 1,800 Personios to deliver on Personio’s mission to help organizations unlock the power of their people.
