Personio and Loket.nl Partner to Deliver Seamless HR and Payroll Integration for Dutch Businesses

February 2025 – Personio, Europe's leading HR software provider for small and medium-sized businesses, announces a strategic partnership with Loket.nl, a major payroll provider in the Netherlands. This collaboration will streamline payroll processes for Dutch companies, eliminating manual data transfers and reducing errors.
Starting at the end of March, Personio customers will be able to transfer payroll-related data to Loket.nl with a single click. Once the payroll has been processed, the payslips can be sent back to Personio with one click, ensuring seamless data synchronization.

The collaboration offers multiple benefits for HR teams. While HRIS and payroll previously have been two disconnected systems, HR experts can now securely transfer payroll-related data from Personio to Loket.nl with just one click, initially covering employee and compensation data, with more features to follow. Payslips generated in Loket.nl can then be sent back to Personio, streamlining the process. As a result, HR teams will no longer need to manually transfer data, and the integrated system will ensure the flawless execution of payroll cycles, reducing time and effort while improving accuracy and security. Generated payslips will be available directly in Personio, allowing employees easy access to their payroll information.
For new customers, the integration will be included as part of their Personio setup. Existing customers can activate the integration, supported by Personio’s Expert Payroll Operations team. This partnership strengthens Personio's position in the Dutch market by combining best-in-class HRIS and payroll functionality. The full integration will be generally available by the end of March.
