Improved time tracking process for both employees and HR
Personio Time Tracking removes the need for manual spreadsheets or point solutions that struggle to integrate with payroll or HR systems. Customers can now use a flexible, automated and integrated way to manage employee time and attendance.
HR teams can set up highly configurable working schedules, policies, and approval processes that are both compliant and aligned with unique approaches to time tracking. Employees have the option to track time from their phone, hardware at the office, or from their desk…with all the data flowing into a consolidated place. Managers can now pull insightful reports and save time with automated approvals, only reviewing time sheets with specific conditions.

Legacy HR systems have rigid organisational models that don’t easily adjust to the realities of changing priorities and teams. Without clear and accurate org models, there’s a knock-on impact to data accuracy, analytics, and automation.

Retain top talent with fair salaries
A complex interplay of factors like region, industry, seniority, and role specialization shape salary bands. Now in Personio, managers will be able to see the relevant salary bands for each individual and role while running compensation reviews. This helps managers standardize practices, make better decisions, and reward people equitably.
