New features in Time Tracking, Analytics, Org Management and a powerful central Inbox allow Personio to be more seamlessly integrated with each organization’s unique needs and workflows.

Personio Time Tracking removes the need for manual spreadsheets or point solutions that struggle to integrate with payroll or HR systems. Customers can now use a flexible, automated and integrated way to manage employee time and attendance. 

HR teams can set up highly configurable working schedules, policies, and approval processes that are both compliant and aligned with unique approaches to time tracking. Employees have the option to track time from their phone, hardware at the office, or from their desk…with all the data flowing into a consolidated place. Managers can now pull insightful reports and save time with automated approvals, only reviewing time sheets with specific conditions.

Legacy HR systems have rigid organisational models that don’t easily adjust to the realities of changing priorities and teams. Without clear and accurate org models, there’s a knock-on impact to data accuracy, analytics, and automation.

Personio now offers a new level of flexibility and control, with an ability to build nested teams up to 10 layers deep and represent their structures in a powerful and filterable org chart. These abilities give HR Admins the ability to represent their real-life structures and reporting lines within the product and help employees quickly find colleagues and learn about collaborators.

Over 1.5 million tasks are completed by HR managers using Personio’s tool each month. We’ve now made it faster and easier to clear the administrative tasks while making sure nothing important is missed. Personio’s Inbox now features new sorting, filtering, and bulk actions that automatically elevate priority tasks and enables the approval of multiple requests with a single click.

Managers and recruiters can now gather new insights on their recruitment funnel and gain an edge in the pursuit of top talent. Hiring managers can analyse time to hire, offer acceptance rates, as well as applications, offers and hires. Talent teams can view recruitment data over time to identify trends and drill down by time-period, category, job department, gender and more. 

A complex interplay of factors like region, industry, seniority, and role specialization shape salary bands. Now in Personio, managers will be able to see the relevant salary bands for each individual and role while running compensation reviews. This helps managers standardize practices, make better decisions, and reward people equitably.

These latest announcements follow Personio’s news from HUG in October, where the company launched its new Intelligent HR Platform and introduced a number of AI powered features to help HR teams get back to the meaningful work of supporting people.
