Unlocking meaningful moments: The next chapter of Personio

At our recent Meaningful Moments event, we announced a series of new capabilities for our Intelligent HR Platform. These include features built in close partnership with our customers and their feedback as well as features we believe set a new standard for the HR community. With over 15,000 organizations and one million employees using Personio, we're excited to share how we're redefining the HR experience.
The innovations we announced are focused on helping HR teams unlock meaningful moments for the entire organization. These are moments of productivity, confidence, and connection.
Productivity: Smoother HR processes for everyone
We know that HR professionals are passionate about helping people and building better workplaces, but are often slowed down by repetitive, manual processes. That's why a key element of the new Personio experience is a series of new features that will help not only HR but everyone in your organization be more productive.
Simplified workflows: Imagine completing complex tasks like time off requests, calendar management, and organizational planning with just a few clicks. Our improvements make these processes smoother, freeing HR teams to focus on strategic initiatives.
What’s new:
Time-off requests with real-time visibility into your balance and potential overlaps
Team calendar which shows you upcoming public holidays for your reports, team, and workplace
And more, including a new payslip widget and updated org chart
Payroll: We’ve also taken steps to make the day-to-day of payroll managers easier.
What’s new:
Payroll widget: This can be accessed on your homescreen, helping you see a summary of the upcoming payroll at a glance — including if you are on track for approval, plus main blockers.
Payroll dashboard: With this overview, HR and Payroll data are automatically consolidated in real time. This means you always have an up-to-date view of your upcoming cycle — including costs, tasks, important documents, due dates, and more.
Effortless international hiring with Personio EOR: Hiring globally just got easier. Our new Employer of Record (EOR) solution, powered by Remote, lets you hire, manage, and pay international employees without needing to worry about the costs and logistics of opening a new legal entity. This means you can access the best global talent pool and navigate international hiring requirements with ease. Plus, employees hired through EOR are fully integrated into your Personio platform, appearing in org charts and employee profiles just like your local team members.
Confidence: Turning people data into powerful insights
Businesses thrive when decision-makers have the data they need to feel confident in their decision-making. But getting answers can be intimidating. Too often, HR teams are left unsure of whether their data is showing the full picture — or if something is missing.
The new Personio experience is full of powerful insights that help you bring data into every people conversation and feel confident in your decisions.
Analytics that everyone understands: We believe that you don't need to be a data expert to understand your people data. Our improved analytics experience makes it easier than ever to access the data you need and find answers on metrics you care about most. We've introduced more metrics pages, stronger visualizations, and templates to help you digest data quickly and easily.
Introducing Personio Assistant: Imagine being able to answer any people question in seconds, with confidence. Our AI assistant empowers you to do just that. Ask questions about gender gaps in hiring, visualize data for board meetings, or even ask it to compose an email to your manager containing key data points. Personio Assistant puts the power of data at your fingertips.
Current capabilities: Right now, the use cases are focused on business metrics. For example, a people leader could ask a question like, "Are there any gender gaps I need to be aware of with respect to hiring?"
Future capabilities: We're also working to make the AI assistant available to all employees so they can get quick answers to those everyday HR questions. Think about how much time your HR team spends answering routine questions about employee data, status of approvals, and so on. For example, employees could ask, "Where can I find my payslips for this year?" or "How many vacation days do I have left?" This will free up even more of HR's time for strategic work.
Connection: The HR platform that expresses your culture
The most frequent way your employees interact with HR is when they are using your HR software. This makes your HR tool essentially a representation of your HR team as a whole.

Revamped homepage: We've introduced new widgets, designed to increase productivity and connection for HR teams and employees. HR managers can customize the home experience to suit their team's needs, ensuring that employees have access to the tools that matter most.
Customizable theming: We're empowering you to customize Personio to look and feel like your brand. Change the colors, add your company logo, and even incorporate unique wallpapers and images. The best part? This theming translates across the login page, mobile, and your desktop experience.
All of this boils down to one thing: a strong company culture is possible when employees feel connected to their company.
