As a Solution Sales Manager focused on cross-selling to our existing customers, you'll deliver top-tier sales consultations, leveraging your expertise to boost customer growth by expanding their use of Personio applications.

What This Role Offers You:

  • Market Leadership: Be the first person in this specific role to drive the expansion and adoption of a Global Hiring product to Personio customers, working closely with our partner to enhance market presence across Europe.

  • Customer Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions that improve their recruitment processes.

  • Strategic Impact: Contribute to Personio’s growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities and spearheading sales initiatives.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Sales and Account Management: Drive growth by managing the entire sales process. This includes winning existing customers to expand into the Global HR solution and ensuring their retention.

  • Subject Matter and Product Expertise: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Global Hiring product and effectively communicate its benefits to potential clients.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction, aligning efforts with our partner's strategies.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally within HR or recruitment solution sectors.

  • Pipeline Management: Strong expertise in managing sales pipelines and forecasting.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers (incl. HR, legal and C-level teams).

  • Self-Starter Mentality: Highly motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take initiative in driving sales and managing accounts.

  • Language Skills: Fluent in German at a C1 level or higher; proficiency in English is essential. Additional languages such as Spanish or Dutch are welcome.
