We are hiring a Team Lead, Account Executives who has strong experience in leading and developing SaaS sales teams in a high-growth environment. In this role you will build and lead a team of Medium Business Account Executives and promote the development of the team using expertise, motivation, as well as the continuous achievement against sales targets. Role Responsibilities: “What You’ll Do”:
Leadership: You lead, develop and recruit a high-performing team of 6-9 account executives who deal with complex software purchasing processes in companies with approx. 50 to 200 employees
Coaching: You have a strong focus on coaching Account Executives in your team and defining new standards for the growth the team by developing great talent and invest in continuous skill development
Target Achievement: Together with your team, you continuously achieve set goals on a monthly and quarterly basis, including a quarterly accelerator if the goals are exceeded
Data: You analyze processes data-driven - to optimize conversion rates, time-to-sell, ARPA and other KPIs
Strategy: Together with sales management, sales development and the marketing team, you develop go-to-market strategies for our customer segment and implement them successfully
Exchange best practices with fellow sales leaders and align frequently with central core
Role Requirements: "What You Need to Succeed":
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an Account Executive in B2B new customer acquisition and at least 2 years of people management - hiring/building a team from scratch and the onboarding on these teams
Experience in a B2B software, SaaS, cloud or technology sales team
You operate accurate forecasting and have a proven history of (over)achieving set goals on time
Precise understanding of software sales processes and experience with models such as MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or Gap Selling as well as experience working with a complex techstack (Tableau, Salesforce, Gong!, Groove)
You have a deep understanding of software purchasing processes for small and medium-sized customers - this includes, for example, stakeholder management and embedding a software solution in an existing IT landscape
You communicate confidently, clearly and transparently and fluently in German and English
Thorough understanding of Sales Metrics and KPIs paired to build a predictable sales playbook for your team
