The Role: How you'll make an impact at Personio


This role will be office based (hybrid) in Munich.

Our Customer Experience team thrives on collaboration, working closely with teams across Personio to ensure that customer voices are at the heart of everything we do. We are dedicated to understanding and advocating for our customers, using data-driven insights to shape our customer experience strategies and influence what we build.

We’re looking for a dynamic Community Manager DACH (d/f/m) to lead and grow our DACH community. You’ll work closely with community members to foster engagement, support product adoption, and drive activation. This role is a blend of strategic planning, creative execution, and member interaction, perfect for someone passionate about building meaningful connections and delivering impactful results.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Develop and execute community engagement projects tailored to the DACH audience that drives more meaningful interaction around the Personio product as well as HR industry topics and skills.

  • Drive engaging and educational discussions and programs to enhance member participation and Personio product adoption.

  • Host community events (virtual or in-person) to meet and connect with members.

  • Analyse and implement strategies to reduce support contact rates by promoting peer-to-peer support for Personio customers.

  • Drive initiatives to increase Personio product activation and long-term usage of our core HRIS and Payroll products, as well as apps like Recruiting, Performance and Development, Compensation Management, and Surveys.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align community efforts with business goals.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • 4+ years of proven experience in managing online or regional communities.

  • Exceptional customer engagement skills and community interaction abilities.

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.

  • Professional fluency in German and English.

  • Knowledge of customer engagement strategies and metrics tracking.
