In your role, you will support GTM teams at Personio as the Revenue Enablement Specialist - Knowledge Management. You will be developing and evolving a knowledge and content management strategy, owning the enablement of the content platform and customer engagement systems as well as managing the newsletter updates for the Revenue & Success organisation.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Knowledge management -  Develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategy, ensuring content producers are educated on curating, updating, and publishing content in alignment with this strategy. Regularly audit content to ensure compliance with governance guidelines, providing feedback and guidance to content owners to maintain quality and consistency.

  • Communications - You are the “air traffic controller” and curator of communications across teams to different audiences such as Revenue & Success, Partnerships, Payroll Sales and their respective leadership teams. You own the Revenue & Success newsletter and deliver key messages across the org, using metrics and innovative reporting mechanisms to refine your approach.

  • Vendor relationship management - Maintain relationships with vendors, focusing on platform adoption, usability, reporting, and continuous improvements to enhance user experience and functionality.

  • User and contributor enablement - You manage the enablement of users and content contributors for our knowledge management and digital customer engagement tools and supporting methodologies to enhance the effectiveness and buyer-engagement of GTM teams across Personio. 

  • Collaboration - You collaborate with teams across different functions such as Marketing and Systems to support the knowledge management strategy and ensure those teams understand and support changes.

  • Impact evaluation and success measurement - Collect feedback and measure the impact of tools and strategies, making data-driven adjustments and recommendations to improve revenue outcomes and support team success.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • Track record - You have a proven track record of 3+ years in an Enablement, Training and Development, or Knowledge Management role, ideally supporting GTM or Sales teams in a multinational SaaS or B2B/B2C environment. You possess extensive knowledge of best practices in enablement of tools and systems, internal communications, and knowledge management.

  • Attention to detail - You are a process oriented and detail-focussed person who ensures continuous governance and high standards within your areas of operation.

  • Project management - You are adept at working independently to scope, plan, execute and evaluate the effectiveness of an enablement solution.

  • Systems - You have experience working with Highspot, Trumpet, and Salesforce or similar systems. Additionally, knowledge of Gong, Userlane, Confluence, and Jira would be advantageous.

  • Build relationships - Your interpersonal skills allow you to build rapport with stakeholders at multiple levels incl. external vendors - to develop a shared understanding of goals and expectations and execute towards those. You are comfortable in holding stakeholders accountable to agreed deliverables and responsibilities.

  • Execution - You are adept at working swiftly across multiple focus areas, demonstrating resilience and adaptability when facing unanticipated challenges or changing requirements. You embrace the potential for failure as a learning opportunity, using these experiences to drive progress and improvement.

  • Communication - You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can communicate clearly and concisely with audiences of all seniorities (EN essential, German an advantage).
