Join our passionate sales team at Personio and take the lead as the Team Lead of our Sales Development team in Munich. This is a unique opportunity to develop new sales talents, shape the future of HR work, and make a significant impact on our customer experience.
Role Responsibilities: What you'll do
Lead and mentor a team of sales development representatives, actively participating in the recruitment of new team members to ensure growth and success.
Cultivate a strong sales culture that places the customer at the heart of all activities, fostering a customer-centric approach.
Drive consistent achievement of sales goals on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis through expert guidance and motivation.
Develop and execute pipeline generation strategies to align with our sales objectives.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and account executives teams to create a seamless and cohesive approach to pipeline creation and closing.
Identify ideal customer profiles and key decision-makers to enhance targeting strategies.
Use data-driven analysis and experience to challenge the status-quo and continuously look for ways to drive improvement and growth within your team and segment.
Foster a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations and encouraging continuous learning and innovation.
Role Requirements: What you need to succeed
Ideally, you have 1+ years of leadership experience in a B2B sales team. However, this can be replaced with extensive experience as a B2B SaaS Account Executive.
Proven success in developing and implementing demand generation programs for inside and field sales organizations.
Strong analytical skills and experience with relevant CRM systems such as Salesforce and engagement platforms like Groove, Salesloft and Outreach.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, both within the team and with colleagues and customers.
A strong focus on delivering high-quality interactions with potential prospects, ensuring a positive experience.
A deep understanding of software, sales processes, and familiarity with sales models like MEDDIC, Challenger Sales, GAP Selling, and BANT.
A track record of accurate forecasting and consistently exceeding set goals in a timely manner.
You’re a native German speaker (or equivalent C2 level) and fluent in English (business language).
