The Role: How you'll make an impact at Personio

We are seeking a RevOps Analyst to join Personio’s Revenue Operations Team. This role blends GTM Engineering with operational excellence, focusing on automating workflows, optimising processes, and leveraging data to drive efficiency and revenue growth.

The Revenue Operations team is a key strategic partner for our sales and customer growth leaders across strategy, analytics, operations, productivity, and tools. Our team members are experts in revenue strategy and operations and great analytical thinkers. They are innately curious and strive to always understand and better the status quo.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

1. Tool and Workflow Automation

  • Design and implement automated workflows to streamline GTM processes, including lead routing, enrichment, and account research.

  • Integrate tools across the GTM tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Clay) to ensure seamless operations and data flow.

  • Leverage AI-driven automation tools to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.

2. Data-Driven Insights

  • Build, maintain, and manage dashboards and reports to track KPIs and team performance.

  • Analyse trends and provide actionable insights to leadership, supporting business decisions and strategic initiatives.

3. AI and Personalisation

  • Develop AI-powered systems to enable hyper-personalised outreach and engagement strategies, ensuring every customer interaction is impactful.

  • Collaborate with data science teams to improve predictive modeling for customer targeting and segmentation, leveraging machine learning to refine customer profiles.

  • Stay ahead of AI trends and identify opportunities to integrate AI into GTM processes for enhanced scalability and precision.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and customer success to align GTM strategies with company goals.

  • Partner with the RevOps team to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems, leveraging AI to identify and resolve data discrepancies efficiently.

5. Innovation and Scalability

  • Research and implement cutting-edge tools like Clay, including AI-enhanced solutions, to automate outreach and improve operational scalability.

  • Continuously iterate on systems and workflows based on feedback, performance metrics, and advancements in AI technologies.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical or analytical role within revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in data analysis, automation tools, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Familiarity with GTM tools such as Clay, Tableau, or other data enrichment and automation platforms.

  • Experience with coding, APIs, and workflows (e.g., Python, SQL, or no-code tools like Zapier or Make).

  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets or Excel, including pivot tables, V-lookups, and data feeds from various systems.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable insights.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders.

  • Desirable: Experience with AI-powered tools, data pipelines, and predictive modeling.
