As a Solution Sales Manager - Media & Job Ad Sales in our Revenue & Success team, you will be a fundamental part of our growth strategy and responsible for successfully navigating our customers through the complex recruiting market. Our mission in 2023 is to serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them achieve their recruitment goals by providing valuable insights and solutions for finding and attracting the right talents. Our Job ads are currently an integral part of one of our core products at Personio and enable our recruiting customers to advertise their open positions in a cost-effective way.
Role Responsibilities: What you'll do
Ownership: You own the E2E customer sales process for job ad sales along the customer lifecycle from education, upselling, adoption to retention
Expansion: You identify upsell opportunities, guide customers through the recruiting jungle, and demonstrate the right channel mix in your product demonstrations
Customer Feedback: You identify our customer’s and prospect’s needs, blockers and opportunities in order to collect & evaluate learnings to improve the job ad offering
Risk Management: You reduce the customer’s risk of churning from ad contingents by managing escalations and offering solutions
Efficiency: You help our clients improve their job posting processes and increase their recruiting efficiency
Process Management: You facilitate process improvement and automation, such as the subscription management and media targeting strategy to increase efficiency
Team Spirit: You support new joiners in our growing team of recruiting specialists, are open to travel and take part at branch events to represent Personio
Role Requirements: What you need to succeed
You have already proven yourself successfully in sales for 2-4 years and have ideally gained initial experience in the HR/Recruiting environment. Experience in the job advertising industry e.g. at an personnel marketing agency, is a plus.
You are able to successfully convey the value of the recruitment products, identify upsell opportunities and pitch against competitors by using different selling methods.
You have the ability to successfully collaborate and communicate with various teams and stakeholders.
You work efficiently and KPI driven, are reliable and able to deliver high quality results.
You are native or fluent in German (C2) and fluent in English (C1), both spoken and written
