Setting Up Personio
How long does it take to set-up my Personio account?
It takes on average four weeks from the signing of the contract until Personio is ready for use in your company. When booking the implementation services (“basic setup service”) for the software versions “Essential” or “Professional” the period of implementation is limited to 6 weeks from the point of initial contact of the customer with the Personio employee who is responsible for the implementation. When booking the implementation services (“basic setup service”) for the software version “Enterprise” the period of implementation is limited to 8 weeks from such an initial contact. Should you require further assistance after the respective implementation period has expired, such additional assistance has to be booked and paid once more.
During the set-up period, will I be assigned a fixed contact person?
Yes. As a new client, you will receive a fixed contact person from Personio who will support you during the setup process and accompany you through onboarding.
Does the setup take place on-site?
No. Your contact person accompanies you by telephone and through short Webinar / Screen-sharing sessions as Personio is set up.
Will I be able to import current employee data?
Yes. Provided they are in the form of Excel tables, currently existing employee data, like the master data, absences, or salaries, can be imported into Personio during setup.
Is there an additional cost for setup?
There will be a one-time fee dependent on the size of your company for the setup of your account.
Do I need computer programming knowledge for the setup?
No, all of the configuration and setup steps can be completed using the user interface. Our Customer Success Team guides you through every step and will answer all of your questions.
