Preliminary Payroll
Is your payroll currently being managed by an external accountant? Using Personio’s Preliminary Payroll, you can generate exports of aggregated data stored in Personio that they need to run payroll. All you have to do is provide it to your external partner, so they can re use the aggregated, accurate and up to date data for payroll.
Integration with Xero
Are you making the most of the UK’s leading payroll solution in Xero? Our integration with their payroll software allows us to send all of the data stored in Personio to Xero with just one click, saving you the time and avoiding the errors of a manual transfer. Given our dedicated interface, all your data is transferred quickly, securely and accurately.
Payroll data export for Sage 50
Are you running your payroll with Sage 50? Create an export file of your payroll-related data in Personio and upload it to your payroll provider. Thanks to the custom export format, your data will be inserted into the corresponding fields. For example, a change in address in Personio will be updated in the corresponding field in your payroll provider. This saves you time and reduces manual errors, as you no longer need to copy them manually.
Additional payroll services
Thanks to Personio’s own API, various payroll services may be able to build their own interface with us and retrieve data otherwise stored in Personio. If you are running your payroll with Sage 50, you can use updated data stored in Personio by creating an export file of this data. Simply upload it in Sage 50 and run your payroll there.
